This past weekend, the Padel4Good Women’s Tournament brought an exciting showcase of women’s padel to Virgin Active Epicentre Padel Club in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
From intense rallies to moments of sportsmanship, the event celebrated the growth of women’s padel in Cape Town and its incredible community. The highlight of the day was the tournament’s contribution to Happy Kids Daycare, made possible by the players’ dedication and enthusiasm. This event exemplifies how padel can bring people together while making a meaningful impact in local communities.
A huge congratulations to the winners of the tournament. Karen Van Huyssteen and Danelle Pieterse earned a well-deserved 1st place, while Lindsay Combrink and Chelsea claimed 2nd, and Toshi and Andrea Triebel secured 3rd place.
Every match reflected the skill, teamwork, and determination of the players. We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our sponsors, whose support helped make this tournament a success.
